Kevin, Ashley and their crew were the absolute easiest people to work with! They were timely, educated, reasonable and fair! They kept us in the loop and educated us on our choices! Hands down the best repair shop I've ever been to! I left their office in tears being so happy with all of their work!

Outstanding and quick diagnosis and service for our Subaru Forester which experienced "culture shock" by coming up North from sunny Florida during the coldest weather of the year. Friendly staff and excellent work. They made the issue a pleasant experience during a tough week because of my brother's passing.

My car broke down early one evening as I was passing through Owatonna. I thought for sure I'd have to pay a fortune and end up staying the night at some hotel. Owatonna auto clinic took my appointment with no notice whatsoever despite it being late. They personally had the parts I needed delievered from the nearby Autozone, and were very knowledgeable and hospitable through the process.On top of going above and beyond in my mind, they charged me only a fraction of what I expected to pay. I was back on the road less than an hour and a half after I broke down.Truly an amazing and honest facility. I cannot recommend them enough.

This was my first visit to Owatonna Auto Clinic. From the first call to set up my appointment I found them very professional. As repairs were done Kevin kept in touch with me to explain options and costs and allow me to approve repairs (no surprises). I gave them a 5 out of 5 rating and will be a return customer for sure. I highly recommend them!!

Kevin, Let me get my vehicle towed to his shop, I was Short on time and he Found the problem and had it fixed by that afternoon, I am very Happy with Kevin and his Work, Also I like that the money I pay goes to the person who is doing the work ( Kevin).

Kevin, Ashley and their team always do an amazing job, from getting my vehicle in as soon as they have an opening to calling before fixing problems all at a fair price! I even bring my vehicles in for oil changes because the Auto Clinic offers quality oil!!!

Great place, they work fast and are VERY nice. We had a sensor going bad in our transmission, they got out done FASTER than they told us and even picked us up to get our KIA back.

Kevin has been working on my vehicles for several years now and I am always satisfied with the work that they do. I trust Kevin and his mechanics to take care of my vehicles and I always get good rates. Kevin is a very honest mechanic, which is hard to find. Even though I am a woman, I don't get treated or taken advantage of like some places do. I highly recommend Kevin and his team at Owatonna Auto Clinic for all of your mechanical needs.

Favorite place to go when I am having car trouble. Reasonable prices. Main mechanic and co-owner Kevin knows his stuff. Never get the run around here! He will tell you what's wrong with the car in simple terms that anyone can understand. Very accommodating for someone with a disability. (hearing trouble here)

Went in for a transmission leak and they got my car done within 3 hours of looking at it, and did outstanding work on it. For a 16 yr old car, it shifts smoother than it ever has, thanks to this shop and whomever worked on it!!! They're the most polite mechanics I've ever met.

They have excellent service and excellent team. They take the time to explain the repairs your car needs and work fast. They care about you, if you don't have another car, they take you home and pick you up when your car is ready.

They are simply the best mecanics. They truly deserve to be called HONEST, not like others who call themselves honest. They're fast and not so costly and truly KNOW they're job. Not fakes and don't offer you Diagnostics they don't know how to fix. The owner actually works there, hands on and doesn't depened on the opinion of his workers. Simply the best in town after trying other services.

Super helpful and super friendly! Helped me get on my way when my truck was having issues on the way to Minneapolis.

The fuse to our cigarette lighter quit charging our devices on a 17 hour road trip. We called Owatonna Auto Care and they were able to fit us in right away! They fixed the problem within minutes and sent us with extra fuses in case it happened again. They didn't charge us for the fix. Owatonna Auto Care is the definition of Minnesota Nice!

Kevin and the crew took great care of me. Had a misfire issue going from northern Wisconsin to Colorado, they fixed the issues and got me back on the road. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic emergency service on my Ranger near the end of my 650 mile road trip. I coasted into their shop under no power. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a dead battery and failed alternator. They serviced my vehicle in spite of my not having an appointment. The service was quick, accurate, and professional. I highly recommend Owatonna Auto Clinic for your car care needs. I trust these folks.

Been taking my vehicles there since I moved to Minnesota. They call you when they find your car issue and inform you of the cost of repair. Great customer service! Fix vehicles in a timely manner. By far best experience overall
